Paul, now known as Cooper was a special puppy. He arrived to the shelter with his siblings, who all got adopted rather quickly. Paul was a very shy puppy, and we knew it was going to take a special family with a lot of love and patience to bring him out of his shell. While we was waiting for his forever ome, our Vets discovered on routine examination that he had a defect in one of his eyes.

Well we knew that we had to make sure that he would suffer no long tern effects, so we ask all of our faithful Blue Doh Supporters to help us raise the funds needed to bring {aul to a Veterinary Opthalmologist. Well the funds were raised, and the news from the Specialist was great. The defect in his eye was not causing any vision loss, and would likely not ever cause a problem. After Paul got his clean bill of health, the Foerster Family gave paul the best gift of all and adopted him into their home! His new dad Tom reports that Paul was indeed still very shy when they first brought him home, and in fact wouldn't leave the deck for the first day. But now he is all settled in, and now he runs up and down the stairs, jumping on beds to wake the family up in the mornings! He loves playing with the kids and just relaxing in the yard.
